Terms and Conditions of Use

*This is our full disclaimer. Please be sure to read it carefully so you know exactly where you stand:
Note that individual results will vary. No results are guaranteed with the help of my advice, guidance, resources, training or any products and services I recommend or provide. All the products and services I provide are for educational and information purposes only. While testimonials of success are verifiable, this does not mean you will get the same results. It’s no different from the gym, or diet. Not everyone who joins the gym is guaranteed six pack abs, or loose weight, it takes commitment, dedication and determination to succeed in any field. There are those who will not earn any money at all with my advice, guidance, resources, training or any products and services I recommend or provide, because individual results will depend on your determination, hard work, ability to follow directions and many more factors.

To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most big websites do this too.

What are cookies? A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

How do we use cookies?
This is how we use cookies on this site:
To remember your actions so that you don’t have to keep setting the same preferences every time you return.
If you have agreed (or not) to our use of cookies on this site

To analyse data about how traffic passes through our site. We use Google Analytics for this, which does not personally identify you as an individual.
To deliver additional content to you through platforms like Google, YouTube and Facebook based on what you’ve already told us you’re interested in.
To remember when you sign up to any products that we’ve recommended to you as an affiliate, so that you can benefit from additional, tailored information from us to help you get as much value as possible.
Cookies used are permanent (unless you delete them), and some relate to third parties (Such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Google Analytics and Aweber– our email service provider). None of these third parties use these cookies to advertise to you themselves. Your personal information is secure with us.
We control and access the cookie-related information that we or any of the third parties mentioned above hold on you.
Cookies will not be used for any purpose other than purposes stated in this policy.
By using this site you consent to the use of at least some cookies. Our site cannot function properly without cookie scripts loading on page load.
Also, some videos embedded in our pages use a cookie to anonymously gather statistics on how you got there and what videos you visited.

Enabling these cookies is not strictly necessary for the website to work but it will provide you with a better browsing experience. You can delete or block these cookies, but if you do that some features of this site may not work as intended. The cookie-related information is not used to identify you personally and the pattern data is fully under our control. These cookies are not used for any purpose other than those described here.

How to control cookies: You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish – for details, see aboutcookies.org. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.

Affiliate Disclaimer

We believe in transparency on the web and so I am disclosing that I’ve included certain products and links on this site that I will earn an affiliate commission for should you decide to make a purchase.

My goal with this site is to help educate you on the possibilities that exist online and also to be a powerful resource for you, but please understand I am doing this as a for-profit business. Given this, you should assume that any links leading you to products or services are affiliate links and I will potentially receive compensation should you decide to buy. I only promote products or services that I have investigated and truly feel deliver value. Please note that I have not been given any free products, services or anything else by these companies in exchange for mentioning them on the site.
From time to time, the Company participates in affiliate marketing and may allow affiliate links to be included on some of our pages. This means that we may earn a commission if/when you click on or make purchases via affiliate links.
As a policy, the Company will only affiliate with products, services, coaches, consultants, and other experts that we believe will provide value to our customers and followers.

The Company will inform you when one of the links constitutes an affiliate link.
You recognize that it remains your personal responsibility to investigate whether any affiliate offers are right for your business and will benefit you. You will not rely on any recommendation, reference, or information provided by the Company but will instead conduct your own investigation and will rely upon your investigation to decide whether to purchase the affiliate product or service.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me by using the contact page. It can be accessed via the menu above.
Some links on this blog and in my digital downloads are affiliate links. This means that we may get compensation if you sign up or purchase. You don’t pay more by using our links – in fact, sometimes you get a better deal!
We've tried the products we review, and only recommend the one we believe will help you. The affiliate compensation we receive won’t send us on a trip around the world, but it does help us  bring you valuable free reviews and tutorials – so thanks for your support!

We also participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

Want to share my blog? I ? shares! Sharing any of my website images on social media is fine with an obvious and direct link to the page it appears on my website.

NEVER share my content with an iFrame or popup that directs viewers to follow or opt-in to anyone other than me. If you see my content linked to any other site but my own, I would appreciate a heads-up here.

NEVER download my images or post them on your website. You must request my permission to use any of my visuals, except on social media as described above. In rare instances, I may provide written permission for use in publications.
